This report reveals important trends that may impact the success of goals set by the international community and could leave an increasing number of people behind.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"font-size:25px\">The first progress report published in <strong>2023<\/strong> sent a warning signal highlighting the need for serious action to strengthen <strong>justice<\/strong>, <strong>peace<\/strong>, and <strong>strong institutions<\/strong>. The report reflected concerning circumstances, finding that progress toward achieving the 2030 Agenda, particularly <strong>Goal 16<\/strong>, has been slow and in some cases has regressed. However, there have been significant developments in supporting countries to address <strong>data gaps<\/strong> through <strong>cooperation<\/strong>, <strong>technical support<\/strong>, and <strong>empirical evidence production<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"font-size:25px\">This second report compiles <strong>data from all indicators<\/strong> in a single document, presenting the best available data at both <strong>regional<\/strong> and <strong>global levels<\/strong> that the United Nations system can provide.
